Overview

This site lets you book a meeting with Keith. We only collect what we need to schedule, confirm, and manage that meeting.

What we collect

• Your name and email address (provided when you book).
• Any notes or message you include with your booking.
• The booking type, date, and time you select.
• Basic technical data your browser sends (e.g. IP address) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To create the calendar event and send confirmation emails.
• To send reminders, reschedule notices, and cancellation notices.
• To prevent double-booking against Keith's calendars.

Third parties

Booking data is sent to Google Calendar (to create the event and check availability) and to our email provider (to deliver confirmations). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to operate the service and for reasonable record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time by emailing Keith.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact Keith to make a request.
